„L’émoi“ ist eine Ode an die 12 Monate, die unterschiedliche zyklischen Gefühle, die alle Jahre wiederkehren. Matziz versucht, eine Essenz zu extrahieren, ein bestimmtes Parfüm, das er in eine persönliche musikalische Poesie übersetzt.
